WARRANTY
Dust Technology, Inc. warrants it's equipment to be free of defects in workmanship and
materials for a period of three years from the date of installation, except for (A) bags, & (B) clamps as
these are wear out items. Baldor Electric Motors are warranted for a period of 3 (three) years from the date of
shipment from our factory, switches are covered for a period of 90 days from shipment. All claims under this
warranty must be made, in writing, to Dust Technology, Inc. customer service department prior to having the
unit repaired. Dust Technology, Inc. will not absorb any cost for repairs made without prior approval. Upon
receipt of written authorization from Dust Technology, Inc., the equipment claimed to be defective must be
returned freight prepaid or repaired by an authorized representative. Dust Technology, Inc. will repair, or at it's
option, replace any defective components, and will return the repaired equipment or it's replacement without
charge. This warranty does not extend to equipment that has been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, improper
installation or improper maintenance and/or normal wear. Dust Technology, Inc. shall not, in any event, be liable
for any accidental or consequential damages associated with machine usage.
Dust Technology, Inc. will ship replacement parts under this warranty at its expense by surface transportation only.
Any special handling, express or expedited service or different method of transportation shall only be provided at
the request of, and at the expense of, the ultimate purchaser/user of the goods.
Dust Technology, Inc. assumes no obligation under this warranty for the repair or replacement of any goods which
have been subject to abuse, misuse, failure to properly maintain, damage from external source, or repair attempts
by persons not authorized by Dust Technology, Inc.
Dust Technology, Inc. will accept returns for items purchased as follows:
- Goods must be shipped "Prepaid" and be in new, unused condition.
- All items being returned will be subject to a 20% return/restocking fee.
- Credit for any return will be issued to the original buyer only.
Credit will be issued only after inspection and receipt of the returned items at our facility.
